Ex-Missouri prosecutor ‚told female employee to „show your t***“‚

A female clerk who was fired from her job at a prosecutor’s office in a rural Missouri county says her boss propositioned her for sex, told her to ‘show me your t***,‘ brandished an x-ray image of his penis, and gave raises to other women employees who were heard having sex with him at work.

Lisa Davidson has filed a lawsuit against her former employee, St. Francois County, after she says she was terminated from her job after 18 years because she complained of sexual harassment.

Davidson says her supervisor, Jerrod Mahurin, the now-former prosecuting attorney of St. Francois County, ran a wild office with a frat-house atmosphere after taking over the job in 2011.

She alleges in a lawsuit filed last Wednesday that Mahurin harassed her as well as other staff members.

Mahurin, a Democrat who was voted out of office in 2018, has denied the allegations, saying they have ‘no basis in fact.‘

Davidson says that on one occasion in 2014, Mahurin told her: ‘Show me your t***.‘

She refused, according to the lawsuit.

In the spring of 2015, Mahurin and Davidson took a trip to the Missouri Prosecutor Services convention, which required an overnight stay at a hotel in the Lake of the Ozarks.

During that trip, Davidson alleges that Mahurin told her to leave the door connecting their hotel rooms unlocked so that he could enter her room in the middle of the night.

Davidson ‘rebuffed Mr. Mahurin’s advances and locked the door,‘ according to the lawsuit.

In October 2015, Mahurin allegedly showed Davidson a photo on his cell phone.

Initially, Davidson did not recognize the x-ray image. But on closer examination, it turned out to be a photo of male genitalia, according to the lawsuit.

Maharin allegedly laughed at Davidson as she realized what the photo depicted.

Davidson ‘was embarrassed and walked away,‘ according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit describes another alleged incident in 2016, when Davidson and her work colleagues went to a local bar to celebrate the outcome of a trial.

Mahurin, who was also at the bar, is alleged to have asked Davidson if she ever had a threesome – all in full view of her colleagues.

Davidson ‘told Mr. Mahurin no and felt so uncomfortable she left the table,‘ according to the suit.

‘He wanted to know if I’d ever had a threesome,‘ Davidson told Riverfront Times.

‘And then he asked me about my little hands. He put his hand up to mine, and told me how little and pretty my hands were.‘

She says she excused herself for a cigarette and then went home.

‘It was just so creepy,‘ she said. ‘It threw me for a loop.‘

Davidson also alleges that Mahurin ‘made comments about him being good in bed, having a big c***.‘

‘He once made a comment [that] he was good and that there’s no complaints.‘

The lawsuit also alleges that in June 2018, Davidson saw female co-workers hand-feed Mahurin s’mores in one of the common areas of the office.

Mahurin then asked Davidson to feed him one, according to the lawsuit. She declined, and left the area.

The lawsuit also alleges that Mahurin showed favoritism and gave raises and additional work benefits to female employees who consented to having sex with him.

In 2012, one female employee is said to have lifted up her shirt and showed the entire office her new breast implants.

The employee is then alleged to have told Davidson that she wore low cut tops in the office because she ‘got more‘ from Mahurin when she ‘showed more.‘

In 2017, Davidson alleges that she saw the employee go into Mahurin’s office and shut the door.

She then claims she ‘overheard moaning and thumping coming from the office.‘

Shortly afterward, Davidson says that the woman told her that she received a $7,500 raise.

Another female employee allegedly told Davidson that Mahurin sent photos of his penis to Henson’s cellphone between 2015 and 2016.

According to the lawsuit, this female told Davidson that Mahurin told Henson to show him her ‘T and A‘ to receive a week of paid time off.

The lawsuit also alleges that Mahurin drank with other female employees during work hours.

The women were said to have ‘regularly brought small bottles of liquor into work‘ and ‘made mixed drinks with soda or juice from the vending machine.‘

Mahurin, who allegedly drank with the women, jokingly referred to ‘Thirsty Thursday‘ and ‘Fiesta Friday.‘

Davidson also alleges that Mahurin allowed other female employees to smoke pot in the office.
