What it means is that God will be with those who have gone down to Hell and is there. This is all He promises, all He says to His servants and His servants‘ children.

I understand that we are being given to speak of such things just like we were given to speak of what God is doing in heaven, but that does not mean we need go through an endless parade, but that I do not think we need to. We need a real look at that reality just like everyone else and the Church of Jesus Christ.

You would be very confused if you thought this was a question that was being asked of you by people who live in a land that actually does not exist. They are not asking what this is, what God has established to our lives, what He makes it, and what His plans are. That is the point.
